SoHo Loft Capital Creation Event Series was created because we believe that if we can connect the best of breed private emerging companies with shareholders whose interests are more aligned with their own, we can improve the way capitalization is formed and ultimately stimulate economic growth.

TSL event platform is part of an overall effort to repair a damaged capital markets infrastructure that no longer supports our most innovational. It is a platform to foster the expansion of the Private Company Marketplace, also known as, the secondary markets where pre-IPO companies such as Facebook and Twitter are currently trading and where companies like LinkedIn and Zynga have come of age. By providing a fair and more liquid market for emerging private companies to thrive, this marketplace has become an integral part of the capital formation process. With mounting national debt and unemployment close to 10%, it is of the utmost importance that we encourage more efficient ways of creating capital so that emerging companies can do what they have always done best: innovate, expand, compete effectively in a global economy and most importantly, create jobs.
