SERIES
The SoHo Loft Capital Creation (TSLCC) events are a series of upscale events
in domestic as well as international destinations where ultra high net worth
investors, CIOs of investors, select merchant and investment banks, VCs,
incubators, private stock analysts, secondary stock buyers/specialists, private
equity firms and family offices from across the world assemble for the distinct
purpose of learning more about the private company marketplace (PCM) and the

TSL Select is the latest event series launched by TSL which provides a unique
opportunity for select members of the investment community to spend quality time
becoming better acquainted with TSLCC presenters and sponsors in a purely social
setting. TSL Select are exclusive intimate cocktail events that complement The
SoHo Loft Capital Creation (TSLCC) event series usually the evening prior to or
following a formal TSLCC event.
